These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ("Longevity Medicine Certification," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of longevitymedicinecertification.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), and our online certification training, Drug Monograph Library, Patient Roadmap Generator, Patient Monitoring App and related tools (the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use the Services
The Services are intended for licensed healthcare professionals and staff working under their supervision, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and registered nurses, and for the practices that employ them. By registering you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- The information you give us is accurate and kept current, including your license type and state.
- If you use the Services for a practice, you have authority to bind that practice to these Terms.
- You will use the Services only within your license, your state's scope-of-practice rules and any supervision requirements that apply to you.
We may ask for proof of licensure and may refuse or end access if we cannot verify eligibility.
2. Educational and decision-support purpose; no medical advice
The Services provide clinical education, reference materials and decision-support tools for licensed professionals. They do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace the independent medical judgment of a licensed provider.
- Roadmaps, risk flags, monitoring suggestions and monograph content are generated from preprogrammed logic and the information entered. They are for provider review only and are not a treatment plan.
- You are solely responsible for every clinical decision, prescription, order, documentation and communication with your patients.
- Some therapies discussed may be FDA-approved, off-label, compounded, investigational or not approved by the FDA for longevity-related indications. Their inclusion is for education and risk review and is not a recommendation or endorsement.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, licensing, prescribing, compounding, advertising and informed consent requirements that apply to you and your patients.
- Medical knowledge changes. Content may be incomplete or out of date, and you should verify it against current labeling, guidelines and primary sources before relying on it.
The Services are not for emergencies. Patients with an emergency should call their local emergency number or seek immediate care. The Patient Monitoring App is not monitored by us in real time.
3. Patients and non-provider users
If you are a patient who received an invitation from a provider to use the Patient Monitoring App, the app is a tool to share updates with your provider. It does not give medical advice, and we do not provide care. Contact your provider or emergency services for medical concerns.
4. Accounts and security
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are for one named individual and may not be shared. Practice plans may add authorized users as the plan allows.
- Tell us promptly at admin@longevitymedicinecertification.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Services or other users at risk.
5. Certification and training
- Completing the online course earns a certificate of completion from Longevity Medicine Certification.
- Unless stated otherwise, the certification is an educational credential issued by us. It is not a state or national license, board certification or authorization to practice, prescribe or perform any procedure, and it does not guarantee any particular scope of practice or employment outcome.
- We may update curriculum, assessments and requirements, and may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, account sharing or misrepresentation.
6. Fees, payment and refunds
- Prices and plans are shown on our Pricing page and may change; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
- REFUND POLICY: e.g. "Digital course access is non-refundable once lessons are accessed, except where required by law. Contact us within 2 days of purchase if you have a problem."
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
7. License to use the Services and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own professional and internal practice purposes.
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share course videos, lessons, monographs, roadmaps or other content outside your authorized use.
- Use the Services to train, benchmark or build a competing product, or scrape or bulk-download content, including by automated means.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Services, or bypass security or access controls.
- Enter patient data you have no right or legal basis to use, or upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content.
- Use the Services to practice outside your license or to provide care you are not authorized to provide.
- Misrepresent your credentials, or imply that we endorse you, your practice or your services without written permission.
- Use the Services in violation of any law or in a way that infringes others' rights.
8. Your data and patient information
You keep ownership of the data you submit ("Your Data"), including patient information entered by you or your practice. You give us a limited license to host, process and display Your Data only to operate, secure, support and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having all consents, notices and legal bases needed to enter patient information, and for compliance with HIPAA and other health privacy laws that apply to you. You are responsible for keeping your own medical records as required by law; the Services are not a substitute for your electronic health record.
We may use de-identified and aggregated data, which does not identify you or any patient, to analyze and improve the Services.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and Services, including course content, monographs, software, roadmap logic, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 7, no rights are granted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.

11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT OR ROADMAP OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PATIENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM CLINICAL DECISIONS, PATIENT OUTCOMES OR REGULATORY ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE [12] MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Data, your clinical or business decisions, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your infringement of any right of another person.
14. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may stop at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements or risk to the Services. After termination your license ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 2, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 16) will survive. We will make Your Data available for export for [30] days after termination where practicable, then delete or de-identify it as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Services and may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Services. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under rule in California, with a class action waiver / OR by the state or federal courts, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
17. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may send notices by email or by posting on the Site.
