About Longevity Medicine Certification
Built to help providers learn, structure, and implement biomarker-driven longevity care.
Dr. Jay Park
Co-Founder | Strategy & Innovation
Longevity Medicine Certification was co-founded by Dr. Jay Park, MD, a physician entrepreneur with full-time experience in aesthetics, wellness, anti-aging, medical training, and longevity-related practice development since 2006.
Dr. Park has spent nearly two decades helping providers turn clinical interest into real-world medical services.
His work has included aesthetics, anti-aging medicine, longevity care, medspa development, provider training, practice operations, patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and business growth.

Early Involvement in Longevity, Anti-Aging, Genetics, and Nutrigenomics
Dr. Park has been active in the aesthetics and longevity industries since 2006, including involvement with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and work as a Suracell Ambassador, focused on early personal genetic analysis and nutrigenomics.
This early exposure shaped a core belief:
The future of medicine would become more personalized, more data-driven, more preventive, and more focused on how patients age over time.
That belief is now central to Longevity Medicine Certification.

Why We Exist
Longevity Medicine Needs a Better System
The field of longevity medicine is growing quickly. Patients are learning about advanced therapies from podcasts, influencers, online clinics, friends, social media, wellness brands, and compounding pharmacy marketing.
They come to providers asking for:
- Weight loss medications
- Hormone optimization
- Testosterone
- Menopause support
- Peptides
- NAD+
- Sexual health
- Sleep support
- Mitochondrial health
- Performance optimization
- Anti-aging therapies
- Advanced lab testing
Providers need to know
- Who is appropriate?
- Who should be excluded?
- What labs are needed?
- What risks matter?
- What is FDA-approved?
- What is off-label?
- What is compounded?
- What is unapproved or investigational?
- What should be monitored?
- What should be documented?
- When should therapy be paused?
- When should the patient be referred?
- How should the practice follow up?

Our Clinical Philosophy
Longevity medicine should be structured, monitored, and provider-led. Our clinical philosophy is built around ten principles.

Enhanced oxygen efficiency

Improved endurance potential

Supports mitochondrial energy production

Promotes recovery and resilience
The Patient Comes Before the Therapy
The platform begins with patient goals, history, medications, symptoms, labs, and risks. Not a treatment menu.
Evidence-Informed First
Providers should understand the difference between strong evidence, early evidence, mechanistic rationale, animal data, anecdotal use, and unsupported claims.
No Therapy Without a Reason
Every therapy discussion should have a clinical rationale.
No Treatment Without Risk Review
Contraindications, warnings, medication interactions, allergies, medical history, and baseline labs must be considered.
No Roadmap Without Biomarkers When Clinically Needed
Labs should be selected intentionally based on patient goals, risks, and therapy category.
No Program Without Monitoring
Longevity care requires follow-up, side effect review, repeat labs, patient-reported outcomes, and updated goals.
No Unapproved Therapy Without Clear Context
If off-label, compounded, investigational, or unapproved therapies are discussed, providers should clearly communicate regulatory status, uncertainty, risks, and documentation needs.
No Documentation Shortcut
The provider’s reasoning should be documented. That includes risks, benefits, alternatives, monitoring, patient counseling, and follow-up.
No Team Workflow Without Role Clarity
Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, coordinators, and practice managers need clear roles.
Provider Judgment Is Always Required
The platform supports clinical decision-making. It does not replace it.
